Privacy policy
Information we collect
NovaGo Eats collects account details such as your name, email and phone number; delivery addresses and order details; payment status; and location only when you choose “Use my location”. Rider applicants also provide vehicle details and an identity document.
How we use it
We use this information to operate deliveries, calculate distance and fees, connect customers with riders, process payments, prevent abuse, provide support and meet legal or accounting obligations. We do not sell personal information.
Sharing and retention
Delivery details are shared only with the shop, assigned rider and services needed to operate NovaGo Eats. Identity documents are restricted to the applicant and administrators. Commercial order records may be retained for accounting, but are anonymized when an account is deleted.
Your choices
You can deny location permission and type an area instead. You can delete your account and associated personal information from the account deletion page.
